Staff is great and very helpful
Someone put money in for me and Walmart put a hold on it
Funny no one is trained to open the money center it says plainly on the card app that costumer service could handle my issue but no one in the store was trained to assist me I think the self check outs have made them all lazy and they just don't want to help for this interaction I will be closing my account with Walmart
First let me say I am a frequent customer of Walmart. This Walmart has incompetent employees with zero personality. I had a Walmart 2 Walmart for the amount of $25.00 this was money for my son. I went up and gave the reference number. First I went to the money center and the woman who was on the phone with a customer on the opposite side of the counter was very rude in saying before I could ask a question "Customer Service", I asked if this is where they are doing the money center, she did not turn around her entire interact... read more
