Everyone I have come across is very sweet and welcoming! I decided to make here my main doctors. The staff is excellent with children also! I would recommend this office to anyone!!
Dr Waldren DMD was so efficient with my dental filling procedure and it was practically painless and very comfortable. In and out in 30 minutes! Staff is excellent and honestly I’m incredibly surprised how pleased I was with my experience today.
While sitting in the waiting room on numerous occasions I observed the medical staff freely discuss different patients medical conditions, medications and test results. A clear HIPPA violation.
If I could give zero if I would. Went to Rachel Mitnick to get blood pressure medicine. She charged for a visit and physical and got blood work. She prescribed me meds the first time that helped a bit. Then she prescribed a different medicine that helped and stabilized my blood pressure. I travel back and forth from Florida and requested the refill and was told I need to come in again, third time in two months, each visit at $100. Their communication needs some work. I requested a prescription refill on 3/8, then ran out of medicine on 3/10. Called them on 3/10 and got the answering service, they said they would leave a note for the doctor and someone would call me on the morning of 3/11. I got no calls all day on 3/11. Now I call again on 3/12, again I am told they will leave a note for the doctor. When I ask "how will I know that you have sent the subscription, she had no answer for that, just said it would be sent today". I thought that having my p... read more
