We were at Walmart almost a week ago. We wanted to order a custom cake for my son's upcoming birthday. We stood in front of the Bakery counter for 20+ minutes and no one ever came to help us so we couldn't order. The next day we tried to call, we called the number listed as the Walmart Bakery (the listing also said that the Bakery was open until 10pm), no one ever picked up the phone. I had a great experience with this bakery. Ordered first birthday cake for my son. It looked exactly the way it was in the catalog and tasted great. The little smash cake was beautiful and it was free. I had to call and make changes to the message on the cake the day before pick up and they had no problem doing it. The staff was helpful and friendly on the phone and in person.
