The worst. They stripped my wheel nuts and put them back on. As the picture shows 4 of 5 nuts came off. They would have let me drive out of there like that. Dangerous and unprofessional. Decent prices on oil changes but the WORST customer service from any Walmart ACC I’ve ever visited… and that’s saying a lot.
Very poor service, waited for over 3 hours for someone to check a tire that I bought at Walmart and has their roadside warranty but apparently if you don't have an appointment for what cannot be planned, an unexpected flat tire you just wait until people don't show up for their appointment. After 3 hours I asked for a manger to ask if the re was a time frame or if someone could atleast tell me if the flat wasnt repairable and a manager by the name of ORLANDO came to speak to me in a rude manner and every time i spoke to him ... read more
