Scheduling was a hassle, I had to do all the checking when they werent able to meet schedule. 3 days after the original time, I got it done. They installed new tires without checking for any issues. Had to come back in for another 90 minute wait, then parked the vehicle across the lot. Owatonna was fast an easy to work with for an unscheduled valve replacement.
Place is really bad
Workers do not know how to change the oil for Toyota vehicles
I came there to purchase and have them install a new battery. I came right at 7 thinking they would be able to install my new battery. All the bays were open and I figured I could get my battery installed. I was told I would have to wait until 130. The battery was on its last leg so I figured I would do it myself.
