I came there to purchase and have them install a new battery. I came right at 7 thinking they would be able to install my new battery. All the bays were open and I figured I could get my battery installed. I was told I would have to wait until 130. The battery was on its last leg so I figured I would do it myself. Took good care of me and my car in a timely manner
I had to argue with the Auto department for an hour before they finally agreed to put on the tires I had already scheduled install for and PAID for weeks before! Their whole system came to a screeching halt because of two adhesive stickers that THEY misprinted. A young teenage looking guy from customer service was the one who finally saw the absurd mistake and allowed the tires to be installed.
