They are very very very slow take forever to do paperwork or whatever they’re doing on tablet crazy lady came for tires change 30 minutes talking writing what the heck I was waiting for oil change still waiting someone to put my info in to tablet than they can change the oil just came to me ask me info and I told the guy valvoline full synthetic they put down castrol full synthetic anyway they fix the mistake and guy changed the oil he was fast

Bad staff
If you come here, there's a good chance the staff will make a mistake and kill you. I saw someone show up and complain that the lugs on their wheel were not tightly screwed on. My car hit something on the road and got a flat, so I pulled into the closest Walmart on a spare. No one was working at the customer service table, and I waited for about 15 minutes before going to the electronics section and asking them to call someone up, and they showed up about 30 minutes after that.
