Check-in alone took 30 minutes, and a basic oil change stretched to two hours. The place felt disorganized and clearly understaffed. It’s worth paying a little extra to have your service done somewhere more efficient. Only come here if you’re prepared to wait around for hours
Broke a tpms and refused to fix it during a tire change. Amateur rookies.
I arrived at the wrong appointment time. Staff was genuinely courteous and showed their concern. I picked up my tires and had them installed elsewhere. Unfortunately they can't hire enough techs.
Avoid this Auto Center – They lie to customers. I was rejected for a tire rotation 4 times on weekends. When I finally sent my wife on a weekday, the staff told her the job was done but refused to give her a receipt. I checked the car immediately—the tires were never moved. They bypassed the system, didn't do the work, and lied to my wife’s face about a safety service. This is deceptive and dangerous. If you go here, mark your tires first, because they will scam you if you aren't watching.
