I was very happy with my experience here. I was initially greeted by Lani A. who was very kind and friendly. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time and I was still helped very quickly didn’t expect it. Lani suggested I rotate my tires and that was helpful. The techs Ryan R & Moyton A were very quickly with their work in changing my 2 tires and rotating . I was out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you so much guys. Much appreciated for what you do !
Did the job, but it took well over an hour to get it done for something that normally doesn’t take too long. Only after I notified them about an update did they wrap up.
Terrible experiences. Left oil on the outside of my car door and handle as well as inside on the steering wheel and console. Another time I picked up my car from an oil change and they had left a light on draining my battery so when I picked it up it wouldn’t start. Was told my an employee I just needed to purchase a new battery. Do not recommend.
Few months ago, took my bmw 5 series to change all the tires I bought from walmart. The technician denied my installation saying the wall on the run flat tires are too hard for them to be able to take them off the wheels. Today, I took my van for the same reason, after one and half hour, they canceled my installation stating the the lift does not fit the van.
