I schedule an appointment for 1:30pm. I waited until 3:40pm for my car to get an oil change. The service from this auto care center was poor to say the least. The manager Mike had no idea what was going on or why an oil change took more than an hour. All he could say is we have a lot of cars that need work. Waiting for my car to get an oil change made me later for work which is unacceptable. I will never come back here.

Service was rude and unprofessional. A person was giving commands to customers without being able to speak a full sentence. It was just unbelievable that they charged the most expensive oil type without even asking customers. Totally a fraud. Shocked and speechless after 1h’s drive to this place.

I’ve been here multiple times in the past for oil changes. Before the first time, I called to try and make an appointment and was told it’s walk-in only for oil changes, appointments are for tires. I always came as a walk-in in the morning and got the service without issue. This morning I arrive, see there’s no line, employee comes over and asks if I have an appointment. Apparently now I need to make one because it’s “not fair to those who make an appointment” and because “we don’t have enough staff.” Walmart needs to learn ... read more
