WARNING: An appointment, doesn’t mean anything here. I had an appointment, and my car started service 2 hours after the assigned time, then took another hour and a half. 3.5 hours. Do not wait. Drop off and have someone pick you up.
I got my battery from Walmart. I still have warranty. When I came to the store, I asked them to test my battery. I wish I remembered his name. It was a girl and a guy on duty.. but he came to my car, tested my battery then said the battery tester was dead. I had to wait inside while he “charged” it. 15 minutes later he came back and said my battery is good, but it just needs to be recharged. He referred me to O’reillys and said they do it for free. Went for free tire rotation and balance and they were washing the floor. was told I could make an appointment. I live 30 minutes away. Service is terrible. Go to Peachtree City.
I appreciate the team lead for getting me in to have my tires installed, but this was the worst experience I have ever had at a Walmart Auto Center. It took almost three hours to install my tires. I went in for three tires but only received two because the technician damaged the last tire they had in my size. Imagine waiting that long only for your order not to be completed. This place is a joke. We had an appointment for an oil change. There was 1 car in the bay with the hood up. After 1 hour and 25 minutes, they still hadn’t touched my vehicle and the same car had the hood up and all their employees playing on their phones. The employees were bad, really bad. They couldn’t even walk without dragging their feet. No energy, no customer service. We got the keys and left. You could tell the shop was relieved we left.
