I was traveling from Pittsburgh to Louisville on Sunday when I heard some bad road noise so I stopped at a rest area to check my tires. Turned out that one of the tires on my utility trailer was completely bald on half of it. Got it to the auto care center 40 minutes before they closed. Cody was able to find one in stock (YAY)! He and Holly had it changed and I was out the door and back on the road in less than 30 minutes. The exact tire, quick efficient service, and very professional demeanor. I always used Walmart to get an oil change and the last time I went there, They did not change my oil at all. When I end up checking it about a week later, it was totally dirty. That was never the case before. Now will have to pay to have it done somewhere else because my maintenance Service light came on just yesterday (which it definitely shouldn’t have been due yet) letting me know that an oil change is needed. I will never get my oil changed here again!
Excellent customer service. Had a 3pm appointment, added 3 tires, got moved to 6. I was already there at 2ish, and they moved me back to 3 and only took an hour to install 4 brand new tires. Awesome team, awesome staff.
