I always used Walmart to get an oil change and the last time I went there, They did not change my oil at all. When I end up checking it about a week later, it was totally dirty. That was never the case before. Now will have to pay to have it done somewhere else because my maintenance Service light came on just yesterday (which it definitely shouldn’t have been due yet) letting me know that an oil change is needed. I will never get my oil changed here again!
Excellent customer service. Had a 3pm appointment, added 3 tires, got moved to 6. I was already there at 2ish, and they moved me back to 3 and only took an hour to install 4 brand new tires. Awesome team, awesome staff.

I would like to thank the two employees in the auto care center for being very kind and helpful to me. I was having trouble opening my hood to put oil in and they both kindly helped me. The female employee even put the oil in for me. Thank you, for being kind and helpful!
