I had a blowout and came to Walmart to see if they could replace my tire. Because I have an AWD car , all 4 tires needed to be replaced. I was in at 11:30 AM and was told they would have an appointment by 1:00pm. I signed up and waited in the store. 1:00pm roles around and they have no recollection of an appointment. Mike , who made my appointment was nowhere to be found and the girl at the desk said it would be a while before I would be able to get my tires replaced. I had already waited an hour and a half. Made an appointment, got there and the guy behind the counter started with every excuse he could find to NOT install my tires. Finally agreed to wait 2 hours get my tires installed (with a appointment) because I need to buy groceries anyways. 30 minms later I'm paged over the intercom to go to the tire center and he tells me (another excuse) that he can't install my tires. Will put you on hold and go to lunch. Will not honor quotes given over phone, and charge more when you show up. Auto care employees are scammers or just incompetent. Either way it’s horrible customer service.
Please get more staff... etc. Yall should be rolling folks in and out... left and right... i came by 2 days, each time u said 2 hours wait... this morning (7am) there was hardly anyone there... make cleveland great again! doh
