I would put 0 Stars if I could. This was the worst experience I've had with Walmart ever. For one it took 2 hours to do a tire change and I only got two tires charged and I scheduled an appointment and did an express check in befored. I was charged for something in person when I paid online. They couldn't find my tires and emailed me that my appointment was cancelled but when I called I still had an appointment and that the tires where there but it still took them 30 mins to find my tires

I visited the Walmart Auto Care Center in Cleveland, GA for an oil change. When I walked up to the check-in counter, there were two employees standing near the door. I waited for a while before either of them acknowledged me. When I told the employee I wanted an oil change, she asked if I had an appointment. I said no, since Walmart has traditionally accepted walk-ins. She told me they were only taking appointments because they were short-staffed. 24 hours before appt, they stated that had 8 of the tires I wanted. When I arrived for my appointment they could only find 3. Picked another tire then waited approx. 2 hours for the installation to be completed.
