This place took most of my day and had tires to do nothing with them. I made a appointment for 11 on Saturday because my husband tried going Friday evening and the told him he can't do more the 2 loose tires and that there where no walking or appointments for Saturday.i made the appointment for Saturday on the website that had over 5 slots.We dropped the tires off at 10:30 so they would be there for our appointment time. So - no more walk-ins in the future, other stores are testing it so must work Cleveland, right? I guess management doesn’t want to hire enough staff to serve the area. Only 2 techs working and plans for 2026 are to just make it harder on everyone with a flat emergency instead of trying to staff properly.
EXCELLENT service by Josh and Edgar at Wal-Mart Auto Care in Cleveland for oil change. Made an appointment for Sunday afternoon oil change; despite there being a steady flow of other appointments, our van was taken in right on time and was done 30 minutes later (which was half the time of the one hour projected time requirement for an oil change at WM Auto Care). The last 2 times I have gotten just 2 tires, they don't listen about where to put them. They put the new ones on the back and slick old ones were moved to the front! I even wrote it down so they would understand that the new ones go on the front! How simple is that. Because of the mix up they made, I waited over 2 hours!
Didn't get a service that I requested, requested three services they only performed one, needless to say I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
