I can't speak on nothing but the honesty of the employees, I didn't have the chance to receive service. I made an appointment online to get my A4 oil changed and tires rotated... I pull up tell the technician what I need to done and then I have an appointment set, he then proceeds to tell me that Walmart does not perform oil changes on foreign cars, my car takes 5W-30 by the way. THESE PEOPLE WERE IN A HURRY TO CLOSE AND DID NOT PUT THE OIL LID BACK IN THE CAR AND NOW WE ARE OUT OF OIL IN THE MIDDLE OF ATLANTA!!!!!!!!!!! WE ARE CALLING AND NO ONE ANSWERS WHO IS GOING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS????????????
I didn't know I have to make an appointment to do the oil change .there was one car in front on me at 3pm. they close at 7 the gentlemen told no time today. unbelievable.
Dropped in at about 230 or unable to change a tire at that time or even schedule an appointment
