Horrible management, customer service canceled tire order and lies about correcting price on new order. Scraping the bottom of the barrel with management. Ben needs to know how to talk to customers.
I've ordered and made appointments 2 times in the past 3 months for two different vehicles 1st time ordered 4 tires for my suv check in was good they told me 2 hours came back in 3 hours and they told me they couldn't get the wheel studs out . Never called or anything waisted half a day for nothing. I went to another shop and they replaced all 4 in 30minutes wheel studs came right out no problem.
