The customer service was great. They replaced my tires in a timely manner. They checked my spare tire as well and replaced my sensors while replacing my new tires. The price was great with brand name tires.
Snapped my lug nut key in half, didn't care to make it right, rescheduled the appointment canceled without any warning, link to why they canceled is broken.
My and my uncle had an appointment on Saturday last week at 5:30 to have my tires evaluated and when we arrived the said no appointment came up And the Walmart service technician that was there had no name tag are Walmart apparel and was wearing dirty street clothes We asked if we could have my tires evaluated he said right if it’s my suspension they don’t cover it right away He goes out and glances at one tire and says it’s my suspension and doesn’t even check the other tires He was very rude and had a poor attitude We rece... read more
Over filled my oil and now my valve covers are leaking and blew my head gasket. Walmart owes me a new car . They will not own up too it so I'm going to file a lawsuit and make sure I spread this all over media and there sites.
