Worst place for anything, especially Auto Care. Do not come here last time. Waited an hour and they didn't even start my tires this time. As soon as I go in dudes complaining about we can't do anymore because it's his lunch time
The men up here are disrespectful. I mean if you’re gonna say something out of pocket at least wait till we’re not standing by.. I would find somewhere else to get tires or have any service done. Took 2 hrs for 2 tires…
If I could give it zero stars I would. To begin I bought tires walmart online and scheduled the install service for 9am on Saturday. Ordering online was great, works really well but that's where the good stops. Arrived at 830am for my 900am appointment, they brought the car in right away and that's where it sat until 1130 am. Around 1045-1100 I noticed that nothing was being done on our car and started asking questions. Renea (new person at counter) was new and started asking the techs when our car was going to be done. Made me wait an hour before telling me that they “couldn’t” give me an oil change and told me that an oil change could only be done at a KIA dealership. Well I went to a Take 5 and they got it done in 20 minutes. Horrible customer service with absolutely lazy and rowdy mechanics. Don’t even think about going here and instead go to the Take 5 across the road for an oil change, they’re amazing
