Subject: Service Complaint – Winder, GA Walmart Auto Center Dear Walmart Customer Relations, On 8/29/25, I visited the Walmart Supercenter at 440 Atlanta Hwy N.W., Winder, GA for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 8:43 AM and was told the wait would be 1.5 hours due to no appointment. After that time, I was informed the oil change was done, but the tire rotation would take 3 more hours—information not shared upfront. Worst place for anything, especially Auto Care. Do not come here last time. Waited an hour and they didn't even start my tires this time. As soon as I go in dudes complaining about we can't do anymore because it's his lunch time
The men up here are disrespectful. I mean if you’re gonna say something out of pocket at least wait till we’re not standing by.. I would find somewhere else to get tires or have any service done. Took 2 hrs for 2 tires…
