Just waited an hour to be told they can't change my tires. It's just a simple tire change! Get better "technicians" 0 stars!!!!!!!
Purchased new tires a month ago. Since then, I’ve had a “check tire pressure system” warning on my dashboard. I took my car to an auto shop for an oil change, and when they checked the tire pressure themselves they discovered that the tire pressure sensors on the new tires I purchased and had installed at this location were never installed. I tried calling the auto shop to check if they were available to fix this issue, and each of the three times I was hung up on immediately. If I could give less Stars I would. Set up an appointment a week in advance to get four tires on my wife's minivan, showed up an hour early to be informed they only had two of the four tires. They told me if I wanted to go to another store and purchase the tires and bring them to them. Wow, I will never be using Walmart again customer service is not their priority
Don’t ever ever EVER!!! Get an oil change there. Their so called techs absolutely don’t care about what they do to a customer’s car. Family member gets their oil changed. Then has a leak so fam member goes back and says it’s leaking. Do you think they changed the drain plug gasket/washer and then applied the proper torque? Ofcourse not and why would they? Will not use winder Walmart automotive, staff were not attentive to customers leaving several of us standing at the counter. There was an employee by the name of Rena who was in the area stocking and complaining she was ready to go home. When myself and another customer told her we had been calling and not getting an answer and had questions about getting service she walked away from us as we were talking to get another associate who came out and moved with no urgency.
