It should not take an hour per car to perform an oil change. Spent a total of four hours today between Walmart Douglasville and Villa rica to get an oil change and in that four HOURS my car never even got moved into a bay.
Very slow service. I was told it would take 2 hours max for my service but I have been here for 3 hours. When I inquired I was told in a hostile tone by one of the auto employees that they had other appointments. My question is, why not tell me that before starting service on my vehicle so that I could decide not to move forward. Just very unprofessional and Very inconvenient.
