I came today to return my battery I've been dealing with my dealership fixing my car just to find out the battery was dead on top of the repairs. Dealership left a bad taste in my mouth when I came to return my battery they already had one out and it took me a matter of two minutes to do the process. Normally this location does good, but today was the worst I have ever seen. The lady here with the customer no service attitude is terrible. I have tires from here that I purchased at the Carrollton loading. I have road hazard and rotate and balance on the tires. One tire has a stick in it near the side wall. Repair is not really an option, so I asked what the price is to replace with my warranty. They do not have the tire so the guy servicing it was going to order one. The lady said no, you can order it. My previous oil change was performed at the Villa Rica Walmart service center upon changing my oil today. I discovered that there was not sufficient oil in my vehicle. My car holds 4.7 quarts. What drained out equalled a little bit over a quart. I will never use this service center for maintenance to my vehicle ever again. Clearly this could have caused me significant damage. I have NO evidence of a leak either.
