Bought one tire and scheduled my install four days in advance. Showed up on time it was told that the system is down and they couldn’t help me. No call ahead. They rescheduled me for the next day but then canceled it without telling me again. I scheduled a third appointment and showed up on time. I was told to wait in the Bay Area. They left an oil filter wrench under the hood - which thankfully didn’t fall and cause damage during the 3200 miles I was unknowingly driving around with it - AND they used the wrong sized filter, which caused oil to leak around it and caused my low oil light to come on. Avoid.
I went in for a quick oil change and it took 2 hours not to mention that didn't tell me my oil plug was not functioning correctly. So now I'll never take my vehicle or any other vehicle of mine to Walmart to get an oil change anymore.
Thank you so much to the guys in auto care center. I came in needing my headlight bulb replaced. They were on it in less than 5 minutes. Unfortunately for me, they realized it wasn’t the bulb, but the wiring that was faulty. Still they were super friendly and polite. They didn’t even charge me. Thank you Walmart, for hiring such a great team.
