Worst tire place to go, was in a pinch and needed a different set of wheels put on my truck and didn’t want to do it after working a night shift, but the tire techs where very argumentative and wouldn’t even put a lug nut on to a stud that wasn’t messed up. I had to put the lug nut on myself when I got home and because I did not trust them, I checked all my lug nuts and multiple of them were very loose. The greeter Sarah M. is so rude. The service was awful. She acted inconvenienced when we came and when we called to have our tire changed. On the paper we received at check out it says they checked the air on the tire and we are now going to get air because they aren’t full. We triple check the price of the tire and then they called to tell us that after we left that she put the wrong size tire in the computer and it was $40 more expensive than it was going to be originally. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GETTING AN OIL CHANGE HERE. Took the car in for an oil change while shopping was told should be around an hour with 2hrs at the most I told them Id do some shopping and check back after getting our shopping done which took just under an hour I checked and found the car was in the shop so I figured 10-20 minutes then it would be done 20+ minutes go by I go look and the cars in the bay just sitting there so check with the service writer and asked if its done and they go and check and tell me they just got... read more
Mysteriously the inside part of the keys of my car disappeared while they had them, I went to see if they could check the cameras, they said they will, and that they would call me which they didn't, I did have hope to get it back but it didn't happen, so just be careful If you let them your car keys
