Not writing my review based off the service it’s self but based off my treatment. I clearly did not read the do not park here sign but to have the mechanics talk crap about me while I was outside walking my dog was incredibly disrespectful. Management spoke to them and I do appreciate that but the level of customer service from the tire department was disgusting
Yeah no….
They did my tires no problem... but I'm now missing: air pump relay fan 2 relay and all my spare relays/fuzes were in the trunk and are now gone... Also the nut to my sway bar link is mia not sure if that one is in them or what🤔
Worst tire place to go, was in a pinch and needed a different set of wheels put on my truck and didn’t want to do it after working a night shift, but the tire techs where very argumentative and wouldn’t even put a lug nut on to a stud that wasn’t messed up. I had to put the lug nut on myself when I got home and because I did not trust them, I checked all my lug nuts and multiple of them were very loose. The greeter Sarah M. is so rude. The service was awful. She acted inconvenienced when we came and when we called to have our tire changed. On the paper we received at check out it says they checked the air on the tire and we are now going to get air because they aren’t full. We triple check the price of the tire and then they called to tell us that after we left that she put the wrong size tire in the computer and it was $40 more expensive than it was going to be originally.
