Went in to get an oil change and told them I have a screw in the rear tire. I picked up my car and noticed all my tire pressure was the same as before I brought my vehicle in .This is the story every time. Same thing when you parked in front the bay , the wait is unreasonable, your not a priority. You’re treated like a burden. I’m feed up with their service in Roswell . Got my oil changed, they didn’t tighten the drain plug all the way causing my car to leak oil for a week. Then all they did was tighten it when I took it to them. Didn’t tell me what the issue was and didn’t top off my oil. Incompetent and lazy.
The customer service is terrible and takes far too long; there is almost never anyone available to assist you when you go to pay.
I go through Roswell to visit family often, and twice now my tire light has come on right outside of Roswell. Both times I stopped here to get my tires checked, just to be safe. I am a 23 year old girl who often travels solo. The guys here are so so nice. They are never quick to judge and I feel comfortable knowing they will genuinely help me. Thank you for your kindness!!!
They are very slow. Waited for long and it was just an oil change. I wouldn’t recommend unless if you want to waste your time.
