Well I have never waited almost three hours. Two hours just waiting then they take it in after two hours. I’ve been to other Walmarts never waited this long. And with my experience always make sure dip stick is there make sure nut is tight and not leaking sometimes you have a place where after they change it the oil collects and drops off other wise your safe. Waited over 3 hours just for an oil change. No communication, staff is slow and disorganized. Terrible experience — never coming back.
Muy mal servicio me atendió Mike pendiente con esta persona te hace perder el tiempo y no sabe atender ni preguntar si es posible hacerte el cambio de aceite me hicieron esperar 2 horas sin decirme nada tuve acercarme y preguntar y me dijeron que la herramienta para trabajar cob toyota la tenían dañada después de 2 horas de espera no pierdan su tiempo si los atiende Mike
Every time I come here I still get the exact same level of care at the Auto center. Love going to the auto care center Do some quick shopping Killing two birds one stone kind of thing
