Tried to get my oil change twice Once on Friday They waited over a hour to inform me that they didn't have the filter in stock but had the premium I had to wait longer Reschedule for Monday Schedule the more expensive the guy so oh no we got the filter Again an hour later Oh it doesn't fit You can go by it and come back What the hell I've already wasted 2 hrs with no change I still need a oil change This highly disappointed me I've always raved how great this Walmart was in auto care Now I'm way past my miles and what not Go... read more
went in for a first oil change on our new vehicle with no problems prior only to pick it up and have white smoke come out of the muffler. Ofcourse i checked the oil levels and it was overfilled. i dropped it off with 1 qt and it was overfilled 1qt so did they really even do an oil change. spoke to manager to make sure they didn’t just top it of and level it to the correct level oil and she ensured that the oil would be good and they would take care of it. Made an appointment like usual. Got there rushing myself to be there on time . And for what? They told me they didn’t have a special tool to change my filter????? They do oil changes all day and they don’t have tools for a simple filter? Don’t get it. Very unprofessional. This has never happened to me before. Specially making an appointment ahead of time. They probably didn’t even want to work. Or had someone else without an appointment. Dumb excuses.
Very unprofessional, bad service, Don’t take your vehicle to this location they will damage your car, nothing but a bunch of lazies never going back to this location again
