They do not understand the meaning of "hand tight". Oil pan bolt was put on so tight it dented the oil pan. Oil filter cap was so tight the o ring inside was obliterated. Highly recommend letting kindergartners do it before even thinking about taking your vehicle here
This is the second time I've taken my car there to have a tire put on, only to be told they can't do it because of a tire lock. We've had the tire locks removed. We could not have gotten the spare on if it wasn't. I don't know if they just didn't want to do it or what, but this was ridiculous. Will be the last time I attempt to take a car there.
These guys are Great I’m a nervous wreck because life keeps knocking me down(car troubles) but they just are so patient with me and everything it means the world for these folks to be so kind while I’m having a hard time!
Took a long time but the staff was friendly and helpful.
