Very poor poor services. They changed a tire and didnt tighten the lug nuts causing the tire to fall off goin down the road and then refused to admitt their fault. Causi g me 1100.oo in damages they refused to help pay for any damages. NEVER AGAIN WILL I US3 WALMART. Beware of them. Go to a real Tire Shop if you're getting work done.
Appointment was at 10am to install two new tires. It is noon and my daughter is still waiting. When I called I was told that there would be no type of reimbursement for the inconvenience. Two hours and still not ready! Rediculous... I will be sure to tell those I know to go elsewhere.

Arrived at opening (7:00am). The doors were still closed and they did not open until 7:08. Went in and the tech made sure I heard him tell the cashier they wouldn’t take walk-ins. After 5 mins of waiting on her to check me in, she told me they wouldn’t take me as a walk-in because one tech was late and they “don’t like to take walk-ins with only one tech, but they would take appointments.” I was the only car there.
