2 hr wait
Booked an appointment one week for 2 tires to be mounted. Was there nearly 2 hours. But they were short-staffed so I somewhat understood. The next week, I had an appointment for the remaining 2 tires. Fully staffed, was told I was next in line when arrived. Was there over 3 hours. Ridiculous. Will be going anywhere else for tires in the future.
