I want to personally thank Keith and Melinda from the auto service department. I came in late with a tire that I was actually riding on the rim on and Keith was kind enough to take me in so they could get my baby tire on and then I came in the next day to get a new tire put on the original rim. They took such good care of me and made what seemed to be an impossible day so much better. Job well done and thank you again, especially Keith and then Melinda also took care of me at the checkout! You made my day☺️
Second time in a row that my oil change has been a nightmare. It does no good to make an appointment because they are not honored and the employees don’t even pay attention to them. Scheduled a 9:30 am appointment, it’s now 10:30 and they still haven’t started on my car after being told it takes about 30 minutes. Instead of one employee handling the oil changes, they are both installing tires instead. Be honest to people so other arrangements can be made!

We went to Walmart automotive in ofallon il today to get the oil changed on my Hyundai sonata and the female tech said we would be next after one person ahead of us at 9:07 am well 3 hours and 30 minutes later they finally were done when questioned they said they had appointments ahead of us I asked why did you not be honest and tell us that the tech tried to say she didn't know about appointments than we went home and my husband checked the oil and it had black in it they just pretended to change the oil we went back to Wal... read more
