I saw somebody in there directly refused not to answer the phone terrible customer service
Came into the tire center at 630 needing a new tire. The staff refused to help us. The tire was already off the car and we just needed a new tire to get my family and I safely home. The person working in automotive refused to help us. I asked for a manager and he said there were no managers on duty. I asked for the corporate number and he refused to give it to me. Thank you Walmart for leaving my family and I on the side of the road. No excuse for this.
DO NOT get your oil changed here, they do not know what they are doing!
When I left work my tire was flat. It’s was 6:30 pm and I called Walmart where I purchased the tires. The center closes at 7 but the manager said if I made it before 7 they would look at it. The gentleman in the auto department at Walmart in Collinsville, IL were determined to find the cause and they did! Not only did they fix the problem, allow my car to be serviced 15 minutes prior to their scheduled closing time but they did it all with kindness and a smile!
