First, they destroyed my new lug nut key, making it impossible to remove my old tires for the new ones I ordered from Walmart. I called for my daughter to get a tire that they didn't have in stock the guy put me on hold for 20 mins then was very rude and acted like he did not want to help me also my daughter called and left her number while they searched for a tire and was told to order online instead of through them which is fine but doesn't seem right to me. Don't make an appointment bc it will be 2 hours B4 they get to you and very RUDE acted like they don't want me there. The only one with good customer service was the sweet Cashier lady she was amazing.Im so sick of not getting customer service anymore. Horrible customer service. John was the man that “helped” us at the service desk. Horrible attitude, aggressive, and rude when speaking to us. We left and called with questions later in the day and had the displeasure of speaking with him on the phone as well. Still just flat out rude. Ended up buying my tires elsewhere.
