Does Walmart corporate not even care that this Auto Center is the biggest joke in the country I’ve never seen anything so horribly run 9 o’clock in the morning on a Friday literally not a single car in the bay. Text wandering around aimlessly basically just biting time look at your cameras. You are running an absolute disaster. Go to Fort WALTON run seamlessly go in and out. Get an oil change here. Repaired tire and oil change faster than anticipated. Great customer service
As I waited for someone to come out and greet me at the greeters stand, I watched as two employees danced together under a car. They saw me as I sat in my car for 20 minutes. I figured I would call and ask for help. The lady who answered the phone at the auto center was rude. I told her I had been waiting for 20 minutes to be greeted by staff and they were dancing under a car. She said "Oh well" like I was bothering her.
