Came in for a battery issue that was eventually resolved under warranty, but the overall experience was poor. The battery was tested previously and told it was good, but later failed and had to be replaced. During my visits, the customer service in the auto department was unprofessional and dismissive, with little communication or guidance. While the issue was ultimately fixed, the process was frustrating and inconsistent. Won’t be back.
