Workers were very nice and tried hard, but it shouldn't take over 2 hours to get an oil change.
I just want to warn people not to come here for an oil change unless you are fine waiting 2 & 1/2 hours. When I arrived there was one car in front of me. I can tell by the numerous 1 star reviews, that me leaving this review won’t help anything, I just want to tell people DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! I came in 30 minutes to close with a blown tire they could have told me to come back the next day, they didn't. They helped me and I'm very grateful to the entire staff. Worth every penny.
Tim in the tire shop was awesome and friendly. He saved our trip and helped get us back on the road quick.
I believe I may have previously left a review for this tire center, but I had another phenomenal experience there today. Aiden and Shelly went above and beyond to take care of me. Jared was there to help as well. I get my oil changed there every time and they always surpass expectations. I have been having issues with my oil either leaking or burning fast. I was on my way to Atlanta and they helped keep me safe. This means the world to me and I am very grateful. Way to go Tire Center 1362. You’re the best!
