Extremely unprofessional. Stood there over 20 mins and was just looked at while employees stood there gossiping. Not even acknowledged. Only one car in the whole place. Over 2 hrs until closing. But couldn't put a simple tire on a rim because they are "busy" .
I take my car to them for all oil changes and tire services. Katie and John H are always the most friendly to deal with. Great customer service. Went in for a simple warranty issue and they were able to resolve it with no issues. Katie and John H is what this place needs more of. Good job yall!
The most incompetent and Incapable service center that I've ever experienced in my 43 yrs of life. Never have I had more problems and issues with a single service center. There aren't enough characters available in this review for me to explain the level of dissatisfaction that I've experienced with this place. Absolutely terrible customer service couple with employees who aren't capable of a proper oil change without stripping the plug or a tire change without damaging your vehicle. Either incompetent, or lacking in professionalism but took over an hour to patch a tire. Not a single other car or customer in sight and took OVER an hour. Spent the majority of the time smoking or laughing and conversating. Worst experience dealing with auto people ever. Won't be back and dont recommend anyone else to either.
