Missy is amazing everytime I go here! With that being said she was not there this day. Use to be my go to spot. But now Lex at the counter just has an attitude seems miserable. Told me 2 hour wait for a tire rotation with not a single car in the tire bay and wont let me make a appointment...
I called about tire prices and to see how soon they could get my car in. The person on the line was fantastic. Answered all my questions even checked to be sure tires I needed were there and not promised. Than said they could get me in 1st thing in the morning. Said what time they opened. I ended getting there early and they got me in early. The person in shop was great

Wipers, it even said so on the paper They never were replaced. And my oil was filled to the half way mark between full and low. I need to say that Zac, the coach, and Mikey, are two of the most lovely and professional men I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. Note: Not going back again after dealing with “Lex” - he needs to be fired. Immediately. Every other customer agreed today, believe me. Not sure how Zac deals with this “Lex” at all. He is the most anxious person I’ve ever dealt with having a panic attack over an order placed by the boss of the shop that needed no further issue.
