Went in for a simple oil change with a scheduled appointment. Asked to have my tires rotated since I had lifetime rotation on previously purchased tires from Walmart. Was told they had too many appointments in the future to rotate the tires while they were changing the oil (mind you only one other vehicle in for service at the time). Pulled out of the lot to make sure my oil change light reset only to find 2 tires low on air. Missy is amazing everytime I go here! With that being said she was not there this day. Use to be my go to spot. But now Lex at the counter just has an attitude seems miserable. Told me 2 hour wait for a tire rotation with not a single car in the tire bay and wont let me make a appointment...

I called about tire prices and to see how soon they could get my car in. The person on the line was fantastic. Answered all my questions even checked to be sure tires I needed were there and not promised. Than said they could get me in 1st thing in the morning. Said what time they opened. I ended getting there early and they got me in early. The person in shop was great
