Very unprofessional service. I made an appointment for 6pm, my car wasn't even taken back until 7:30pm. 30 minutes after closing. When I approached the front counter to complain a gentleman from the back appeared, claiming it to be his fault. Frankly I don't care who is at fault. Not once did an employee mention they were behind schedule, atleast out of curtesy. It's 7:47pm as I'm writing this and my car is still not done. 2 hours for a tire change is unacceptable.
Average I don't know if that is a marketing strategy, but I didn't like it. In their flyers where they offer the oil change service, they have several options. I chose one and "casually " that specific one they didn't have it, only the one 10 dollars more expensive... Having made an appointment and everything, I decided to make the oil change there, but probably I won't go back
Came in for an oil change and was greeted by Jodie and tech was getting my info when he ask me to hold and was talking to another previous customer and waited after waiting for over 5 min Jodie started chatting with other tech’s and I’m there waiting and after a while I figured he forgot about me I flagged him down and he came over and said “oh I forgot about you” I said it’s OK. Do not take your car here for an oil change. This is the second time they have not put my air system back together all the way, this time causing a spark plug to foul because too much air was leaked into the system. The first time was on a previous vehicle. I caught that one in time. But now I have to take a lot of stuff out to get to the spark plugs. Like damn yall already take long enough to do a 20-minute oil change, at least put shit back properly and replace the mounting clips you broke. How frustrating go for routine m... read more
I visited the Walmart Auto at the Boulder Location in Las Vegas, and was very pleased with the cleanliness of the store. The restrooms had a very fresh clean smell. Overall, the store was really nice. The automotive section was very clean. The associates that worked there were very helpful. The only issue I had was the length of time it took to get a battery installed. They checked me in at 11:19 and I didn’t leave there until 12:58.
