Absolutely they are the best
I scheduled a tire change at 1pm and a oil change at 2:30pm they did the tires canceled the oil change stating the car wasn't checked in. I told them I had the second appointment when I checked in. They said no problem we will take care of. I get there they cancel my appointment tell me they can check me in but can't give me a time frame of how long it will be. I already had been there since 1pm. The time was now 240pm.
Arrived 10 minutes before appointment and was an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment before they even started. Then I got an email the rep cancelled my appointment in the system after it was finished likely to cheat on metrics showing they were well over an hour late starting.
Wow. Just wow. Customer service means nothing to this department. I had scheduled an appointment at 2:30 for an oil change and came in an hour early as their system had sent me a reminder. I tried to check in but they told me to come back at 1:45 to see if they could help me if their THREE 1:30 appointments didn’t come in. I came back around 1:55 and 2 had shown up. I tried to check in again only to be asked “you guys have an appointment or something?” And then to be told “it’s not even 2 yet” by the mechanic is wildly unpro... read more
