John is impeccable!
I despise having to waste more time with anything related to this location, but this review is warranted. The manager of the service depot is useless. Even that is giving her too much credit. Ill refrain from explaining in entirety, but the short story is 1) they canceled my appointment because my tire delivery was "delayed". Above all else I'll type below, they told me they couldnt change my tires because " their luggage but socket fits some of the lugs perfect, but its too big for the other ones". Made an appointment just for it to be canceled after waiting more than hour while they “worked” on my car. They tried to charge me 10$ extra because they didn’t have the oil I wanted and didn’t understand what Mobil 1 oil was!? They asked if I meant t-mobile! Like how don’t you know what that oil is when you work on cars. All that waiting just for them to tell me they don’t have oil or air filter for my car when I made the appointment a week in advance!
