North location is horrible. After being ignored for 5+ minutes by the cashier, while she talked to tech in spanish telling her to send very few cars in because he was gonna need a long break to handle personal business, was finally acknowledged and told only appointments because they only had one tech, as another tech checked in. Lead associate just as rude and repeated the lie about the tech. News flash I speak spanish and understood your conversation. Bad customer service. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
