Went in for a scheduled appointment at 7:30am. Doors locked. I called, no one answered. Waited ten minutes, and finally spotted an employee exiting the backroom of Auto Care Center, he looked at me and kept going on his way. I called again, nothing. Called the main store, used Electronics to ask if someone could assis in ACC. Nothing. Waited. Three employees milling around saw me and turned away. I waited another ten minutes and eventually left. Put a new valve stem/pressure sensor on wrong tire. Two days later when the tire I THOUGHT they had repaired went flat, I called to resolve the issue. Was told a manager would call me back. They did not. Now I have to spend an additional $28ish dollars to get the correct tire fixed somewhere else. *called again and after about an hour we came to a resolution.
The lady at the register was friendly enough. However, they stripped my oil plug so badly that the next time I went to get an oil change the Walmart in Kearney was unable to remove it. Jiffy Lube in Kearney took care of it and very good care of me.
