If you’re trying to get a free service, you'll have to wait at least 3 hours! I went in for a TPMS sensor relearn (basically free). I checked in, and there were other dudes behind me for different services, and guess what? They got served FIRST, even though my service was only supposed to take 10 minutes. . 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
A 2 hour job has taken them over 3.5. I do not suggest this auto center for anyone. Have had some people waiting for 2 hours just for an oil change that takes 20 minutes in most shops
Totally satisfied with timing and service. I arrived for oil change, tire rotation and balance. Great price and was not told to make a doctor's appointment. I believe the first come first serve should be the way to go. Like voting - you don't want to wait in line, get their early.
A battery that I purchased from this facility last year has died on me. The first time I brought it in they said I had to disconnect it myself to get it tested and said that I didn't have enough time to get it done. When I brought it back today three separate times they inform me that the auto department was closed and they don't know when it's going to reopen. A shout out to the two auto techs who stayed late after hours on Tuesday, 2 Dec and ensured the flat tire on wife's car got changed out. Their above and beyond efforts are much appreciated.
