3 times they wasted my time. Not sure why they have you schedule appointments if they can't honor them.
Great customer service. Staff provided how to make appointments with the app for saving time. Ms. Retta is always positive and helpful. Always a joy to see her at the counter.
"I've been a loyal Walmart customer for years, but I'm getting increasingly frustrated with the consistent understaffing, especially in the electronics department. Every time I visit, I find myself waiting in long lines, often with only one or two associates available to help multiple customers. This makes for a frustrating and time-consuming shopping experience. It would be great to see more staff members allocated to this busy area to improve customer service and reduce wait times."
Very Professional. I said I was on a budget and the Mechanic helped me stay within my budget. There was no pushy sales at the end of my service when it was time to pay.
