I always trust the mechanics here. They aren't concerned with trying to overcharge people. I came in for a new tire and they showed me that my tire was in good shape and just needed a plug. They saved me money and I'm so grateful. Ask for Doug but all of the employees here are amazing and hardworking!
Called to order some brand new tires for my truck (over $500). Couldn't get anyone to PICK UP THE PHONE here at Walmart TLE so I took my business to Discount Tire in Durham; they will pick up the phone on the first ring. This is not the first time I've experienced this kind of issue with this Walmart. I wonder how much money they lose just by not picking up the phone when customers call? Crazy.. Update: Dec 31, 2025. Nothing has changed. They still hire people that have 0 customer service skills.
I’ve been using the Walmart Auto Care Center in Hillsboro regularly for oil changes and tire services, and they never disappoint. The staff are always polite, helpful, and professional. They explain everything clearly and provide great service every time. Highly recommend this location!
