Had a tire replacement scheduled for 10AM that was supposed to be done around 11AM. Got there at 9:55 and gave them my keys. At 10:45 the lady behind the desk said "whose keys are these?" and only then went to give the keys to the tire tech. My appointment ended up stretching until 12:30, but it doesn't end there. The tire pressure light was on when I drove away which it hadn't been when I drove in. If I could give no stars I would !!! Very dissatisfied with them and their service!
Horrible customer service nobody answers the phone call several times in the last two days no answer to find out if they have a certain tire size and stock and see how to get them installed poor customer service
Although I arived late for the appointment, the staff were really nice and they stayed a bit after their official working hour to finish the job. Couldn't ask for a better service!
