Bought tires online and they said would be there at the time of installation. They got there a day late and my appointment was not only cancelled but rescheduled for a week later and when I asked if I could walk in I was told no. Wrong way to do business.
don’t change tires here, they hired some random kids to work on tires and they scratched/damaged every wheel of my car.
Does anyone work there??? Is the place even open? I’ve called repeatedly and still no answer excellent customer service. 🙄
They takes time more than it seems necessary.But I believe on their work. For example, they will definitely change your oil filter and top up liquid during an oil change. Mwny big Auto chain like Midas will not do that.
Horrible service!! Had appointment at 12pm...Did not leave until 7pm! Workers busy on their phones and take 2hr lunch breaks!
