I will NEVER come to Walmart’s mechanic shop again! arrived an hour before close had me wait 20 mins with no greeting just to tell me they wouldn’t be able to get me in (bc it takes 4 mechanics to change tires on a car apparently) without even knowing what it was I needed done. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
Tried calling on 5/11/26 at 12:50pm and as soon as they answered they hung up wile I was speaking to the woman. I won’t be going to the business anytime if this is how they treat someone with a question…
Do not buy tires here or at any Walmart. I order tire paid for 4 only 3 arrived. They refuse to refund my money. And have no clue when the 4 tire will show up.
cashier asks me “how are you doing today?” and i just reply out of pointless courtesy. she asks me if i want a bag for my one item. which i think she does it just to be annoying; her tone is weird and fake and condescending. i hand her a $10 bill for the $8 and some change purchase and she doesn’t accept my cash she just stares and mutters “uuuhhh..” which is very peculiar. basically this is the reason why walmart is a bad experience all around. they hire the worst of humanity that are not intelligent enough to know their to... read more
I’ve given Walmart a couple of chances. Horrible service, TWICE. I asked for a valve stem replacement and to have my tpms sensors checked. Told the kid THREE times my tire was leaking and I wanted the valve stem replaced and apparently he didn’t hear me. So 3.5 hours later, they didn’t replace the valve stem because the kid didn’t write it on the ticket, but I could drive the car around and wait another hour for them to get it done.
