Worst experience. I took two of my cars to the Walmart on Floyd Blvd because both had a flat tire and were leaking air. Yesterday they told me they might not be able to fix them and that I needed an appointment. The manager came out and made the employee take the cars, only for them to tell us in the end that they couldn’t repair them. Had the worst experience here today. Sad because I've always came here for services and never had an issue. Ordered an oil change and two tires online. They called me an hour before my appointment and told me I had to buy my own oil filter elsewhere and bring it if I wanted an oil change done. Went and did that. I arrived and they told me the tires I ordered don't fit my vehicle.. why would online say they do when I paid for them. I bought and paid for my tires and installation online in full to be done on a Saturday. My tires were delivered on Thursday at 10 AM at 9 AM Saturday ( two hours before my appointment) I got an email stating my appointment was canceled because my tires had not been delivered. At 9:04am I called the store and let them know my tires are there and I’m already on my way because I live two hours away. The gentleman put the phone down. I like this store because its close to my house and i know where everything is. The help is great also.
