Absolutely terrible customer service..took 2.5 hours to "fix" a tire and 2 days later started leaking again. Do better walmart.
Worst experience. Had my car there three times for the battery don't believe them when they say their batteries are guaranteed. Would not replace. Took it to another place. Oh what do you know. Battery not good. Walmart is a joke
I was highly disappointed in my experience with the Wal-Mart Tire Center at this location. One of the staff members was very rude when I enquired into getting a flat repair. I understand that they are under staffed, so when they said they couldn’t work on it today I asked if I could drop it off so that they could work on it later or even the next day. I came for oil change, went shopping for 30 minutes, came back and waited for 30 more minutes. When I asked for the status of my car, the department manager told me that the oil cap could not be opened by the technician. She asserted, purportedly as an eyewitness, that the technician encountered difficulty in turning the oil cap. Hard to believe because I could easily open it myself at home.
