Literally had an appointment for tires at 7am and 15 mins later they still haven’t even unlocked the door to go in and check in. Worse service ever. If I could give 0 stars I would give them just that
They don’t know what they’re doing.
Absolutely terrible customer service..took 2.5 hours to "fix" a tire and 2 days later started leaking again. Do better walmart.
Worst experience. Had my car there three times for the battery don't believe them when they say their batteries are guaranteed. Would not replace. Took it to another place. Oh what do you know. Battery not good. Walmart is a joke
I was highly disappointed in my experience with the Wal-Mart Tire Center at this location. One of the staff members was very rude when I enquired into getting a flat repair. I understand that they are under staffed, so when they said they couldn’t work on it today I asked if I could drop it off so that they could work on it later or even the next day.
