Made an appointment for an oil change. Received texts confirming the appointment. Showed up and they had no filters and couldn't do it.
Good guys. Attentive and competent service. Better than any Walmart for sure. Almost operates like a good indie mechanic. Recommended
They hire such great people here. Went in for tires and an oil change on a new-to-me car. Left and there was an intermittent noise after changing the tires. They looked at it, found it was the wheel cover hitting the tires that weren't as bald as the previous tires. They fixed it in 10 minutes...not even an issue with my tire. Amazing customer service experience. Thank you Bobby, Crystal, and the whole team.
Amazing customer service. I came here in tears after going to the Lakeline store. They are trash over there, don't go! Especially if you are a woman. Maria helped me and she was so kind, helpful and empathetic about my nightmare experience at the Lakeline location. I really appreciated her help and comforting demeanor. Got me hooked up and ready to hit the road. I don't have to freak out about what they did or didn't do at the other store, because I was able to have them check my oil change. Always great staff snd super nice. Normally Walmart workers are miserable and clueless. Not here.
