Amazing customer service. I came here in tears after going to the Lakeline store. They are trash over there, don't go! Especially if you are a woman. Maria helped me and she was so kind, helpful and empathetic about my nightmare experience at the Lakeline location. I really appreciated her help and comforting demeanor. Always great staff snd super nice. Normally Walmart workers are miserable and clueless. Not here.
I have my oil changed at the Whitestone Walmart because the manager of the auto department is very conscientious. I have never had an issue. This time, I did not see the manager. The gentleman who was doing my oil change left grease marks on the door, on the roof, on the windshield inside the car. He placed the reminder sticker almost at eye level. I had to peel it off to move it to the upper left hand corner of the windshield. Maybe the gentleman was new. Maybe he was in a bad mood. I don't see why pushing the seat complete... read more
You should be more clean...
I had a flat tire, they found that two rear tires were not repairable because of too many nails. They suggested to replace the tires and they covered as part of warranty and ended up paying minimal cost. Thanks to Bobby and Maria for great commitment to help customer. I strongly recommend their service.
