Spoke to an employee named James who was extremely informative and helpful.
It's almost comical how good Walmart is at everything. As long as you make an appointment online before going in they will have whatever you need done before you even finish shopping. Not only that, it's cheaper than any other place in town. Oil change? 15 minutes. Tires? 35 minutes. And you get free lifetime rotations and balancing. And free battery installation too. I just wish they did transmission and differential fluid too. Only gripe I have is that they beat the crap out of rims with the rotations or anything tire rela... read more
Honest and good service. It seems like they have a staffing issue… it took two and a half hours to get one tire replaced on my car. Lesson learned, make an appointment
