Had the oil changed in my truck. They said the plugs rounded off. It's leaking oil now.And they don't want to take responsibility for it
Absolutely no service last time I was there they were doing appointments only like it's a boutique. This time I bought a battery it took 10 min to purchase the battery and then they refused to put it in which would have took 10 min. There was no in the bays I guess they just wanted a break. I hope mgt reads these.
