Had to wait about two and a half hours for a simple oil change. There was only two guys working so I get it but they could have at least told us there would be a wait. Hell they didn’t even start on it until I got up and asked why it’s taking so long. It’s definitely cheaper than other places but I don’t know if it’s worth the time.
They are lazy and it takes them forever to tell you that they are not even capable of performing something as simple as installing tires that you have had an appointment to have installed for a week. After they have had your car in the shop for over an hour they will make up some excuse why they are not able to put the new tires on your car something about a particular type of lug nut when they have changed tires on your car before. It boils down to just basically being to lazy to do the job they are hired and paid to do
Was ignored in line the guy helped an employee check in his car then walked inside and ignored me. Had to go in and ask for service.
I've been in line for oil for 4 hours, the funny thing is that there's no one else but me and they still won't change it for me.
Do not go to this place. It took 2 hours even with an appointment. Then after 2 hours they brought a piece of the underneath of my car and said they took it off and don't have the pieces to put it back on. Spent another $100 to get the pieces to put back together. DON'T GO HERE
