Only because I could not give zero! Horrible service... took in single tire for replacement (not on car) and after an 1hr and 15mins I figure out I can scan the barcode they gave me on the app. It had been done and I was not notified like I was promised. Then I had to go to sporting goods to get checked out because the lady ringing people in auto center couldn't get off the handheld long enough to actually take care of customers. Worst place ever, I took my car for oil change, before I left i heard one mechanic tell someone about oil when I inquired they said its nothing to worry, the following morning i saw a half cup of oil underneath, I went back and they told me its because its a 2010 car that its an old car. My car has never leaked ever before until that day, rn am confused its a BMW x5
Made a confirmed appointment for tires on the app only to have it canceled by Wal-Mart after I already arrived at store
Mother breakers on the phone say come over and can get tires before 5:30, drive to the store to have the lady say you have to have an appointment to get tires or oil changes. What a joke Walmart has become.
