The man I spoke to was very rude. I parked outside the Auto Center, walked in and he immediately said “do you have an appointment?!” I said “no sir, do I need one?” And he replied “no but it’s going to be at least 3 hours until we can get to your car” I was getting a basic oil change by the way. I told him that it’s fine I have someone waiting outside to pick me up and I’ll be back. He told me to wait outside the building because that’s where they do the information apparently. Review for Walmart Auto Care Center – May 21, 2025 I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I arrived around 3:00 PM to get an oil change, and after providing my information and signing the necessary paperwork, I handed over my car keys and left for a short walk while they worked on my vehicle. Around 3:15 PM, I received a phone call informing me that they were unable to perform the oil change on my vehicle and asking if I wanted to schedule an appointment. I called to get a price on tires and the price was great for a 50k tire and installation. I asked if there were any available appointments today and the employees response was " They don't like us to make same day appointments. You can come in as a walk in but I can't tell you how long it is going to be." I replied with, " Well, do you have any openings between appointments?"
