These employees in the auto center are the most inconsiderate and rude human beings I have ever met in my life!!! I went in to get my battery changed because my car was dead and i'm 300 miles from home as a 19 year old girl in college. They told me that they had no time for walk-ins when it was 5:30pm and they don't close until 7pm. They also only had 2 cars in the bays. Hello, I had a 3:30 appointment for an oil change. Around 4:30 they came out to tell us our VIN wouldn't scan and that he couldn't find his manager. They mentioned his manager would probably just say cancel the appointment. I offered to grab the registration just to confirm he was entering it correctly and said it wasn't needed. I said you must have something wrong with your system and he said the system is fine he has scanned 60 VINs today. Passive aggressive and incompetent
The man I spoke to was very rude. I parked outside the Auto Center, walked in and he immediately said “do you have an appointment?!” I said “no sir, do I need one?” And he replied “no but it’s going to be at least 3 hours until we can get to your car” I was getting a basic oil change by the way. I told him that it’s fine I have someone waiting outside to pick me up and I’ll be back. He told me to wait outside the building because that’s where they do the information apparently.
