I showed up here at the Walmart to exchange my battery. Online it says it’s open at 7 o’clock. I got here. No one has unlocked the doors and right now it’s 816. So I’ve been sitting out here for over an hour waiting. Terrible customer service I would not recommend
I got here 15 minutes early for my oil change, I went inside to ask where I was supposed to go because I have never had auto care at Walmart. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. I finally get outside and waited to even be greeted by the staff that was sitting around doing nothing for 15 minutes. They took hours to do a basic oil change. Did not communicate the price or when the job was done. No customer service, just rude employees ignoring the line of customers.
Was a good place. "New manager" they say. They no longer do tire rotation when they offer the extra $$ to do free rotation. I've been getting turned down saying they close at 6 to clean up. Then appt only. Then show up to my appt and they cant do it because they are backed up. Not sure why they need apt. I thought buying tires here was good because they are known to be everywhere for services you buy.
Never once have I had a smooth and easy experience at any Walmart auto center. The only good part about it is the convenience. Earlier this week I was told they had no appointments but they showed appointments online and told me to go somewhere else. Everytime I’ve been here I’ve had to chase them down to put a new service sticker on my car. I’m told their printer is down AFTER I’ve come back in to rectify.
