Do NOT USE THIS WALMARTS AUTO CARE!!!! YOU WILL LEAVE UNSATISFIED. MOST CARELESS PLACE FOR AUTO. I'm better off doing it MYSELF!!!!!! They made me wait 2 HOURS, I received a text saying my car was "READY", I WENT THERE FOR TWO NEW TIRES I left with ALL THE SAME ONES. Not to mention, my friends engagement ring got stolen out of her car from here a couple years ago. I thought they'd correct themselves by now, I guess not.
I had a good experience 4 years ago buying a set of 4 tires, but fast forward to July of 2025 and things aren't running so smoothly. It took over 2 hours to get a road hazard tire replacement earlier this month. No big deal, but I had asked to leave my flat tire there, and they insisted the work would be done quickly as I was the only one in line and the tire bays were empty, and so I agreed to wait in the store. It started out bad at the aj Walmart. They told me they had the tires i needed and they didn't have them when i got there. That's when i headed to signal butte location. Gabe was awesome!! I bought 4 new tires. He got me in and out! Thank you Gabe!!
Arrived early to my oil change as instructed by the app. Once I arrived I waited outside for over 20-30 min till it was past the point of my appointment. Went inside so I can check in and leave to take care of other things but was told I had to wait outside to be checked in. What is the point of appointments if I still have to wait 30-60 min just to be checked in? Ridiculous.
