I won't come here again, it's a waste of time and boring. The service here is terrible. I waited at the counter for a long time and no one came out to take my order. I waited for a long time and no one came out until one of the staff came out and told me to go home and come back tomorrow. It seemed like they didn't care about serving me.
I tried them twice for tires. Both times had issues with installation. First time was with faulty valve stem, second time was when I brought in a set of staggered wheels (where rear tires are wider than fronts) and they put the smaller tire on the rear dished wheel and wider tire and the narrow front wheel. Wheels and tire size differences were very obvious. Incredible customer service today. Above and beyond. I really wish I’d caught the guys name because he really saved me from dealing with something I’m lot qualified to handle. lol. Went in to replace my daughter’s battery which is in a really inconvenient location and these guys really came through. Will be back.ETA his name is Felipe and he’s awesome.
