Hands down the best team worked on my vehicle. I showed up without an appointment desperate for the screw / nail to be removed from my tire using my road hazard warranty. Between Chris, Cory, and Giovanni, they got me back to driving on Sunday afternoon. Thanks team!
We showed up for a simple brake light change. They said it would be 2.5 hours. Then proceeded to check in others a head of us then can back and said they could not change the light today… a ten minute service.
They did change my oil and rotate my tires as requested, though it took a really long time, they did get it done. The lube tech however put the oil change reminder sticker on my tinted sun strip, despite the fact that there was already a reminder sticker from a previous oil chance just below the window tint, this tech put the sticker above the existing one and right on the tint. Go here and they will lie to you to get out of working on your car. I Sent tires here, made an appointment, needed to change to appointment, called to do so and was told that my tires had been sent back and that I was being issued a refund. THEN, two days later, i get an email saying my ross arrived that day, and walmart just decided to send them back.
All I wanted was a quote for 4 tires. The 2 female employees obviously had no clue what they were doing. I asked if I bought 4 tires if I could get them installed today. She said I'd have to ask someone in the back. Then put me on a kiosk to enter in my tire info. She didnt even know how to log on to it. She pulled out multiple pieces of paper out of her smock looking for codes/passwords just to log on.
