We showed up for a simple brake light change. They said it would be 2.5 hours. Then proceeded to check in others a head of us then can back and said they could not change the light today… a ten minute service.
They did change my oil and rotate my tires as requested, though it took a really long time, they did get it done. The lube tech however put the oil change reminder sticker on my tinted sun strip, despite the fact that there was already a reminder sticker from a previous oil chance just below the window tint, this tech put the sticker above the existing one and right on the tint. Go here and they will lie to you to get out of working on your car. I Sent tires here, made an appointment, needed to change to appointment, called to do so and was told that my tires had been sent back and that I was being issued a refund. THEN, two days later, i get an email saying my ross arrived that day, and walmart just decided to send them back.
All I wanted was a quote for 4 tires. The 2 female employees obviously had no clue what they were doing. I asked if I bought 4 tires if I could get them installed today. She said I'd have to ask someone in the back. Then put me on a kiosk to enter in my tire info. She didnt even know how to log on to it. She pulled out multiple pieces of paper out of her smock looking for codes/passwords just to log on. My service experience was 5 stars - the Technicians came out and looked at my car (Chevy Bolt EV) to make sure that it was compatible with their lift before even taking it back. I arrived earlier than my scheduled time but they had an open bay and took it back immediately. Replacement of 4 tires took roughly an hour. The techs were through, going as far as to run the car around the lot in some figure 8's before the final torque check on the lug nuts (with an honest to God torque wrench)!
