I had an appointment for an oil change at the Walmart Auto Center scheduled for 9:30 AM. The only notice I received was a phone call at 6:00 AM, which I missed because I was asleep—no follow-up text, no email, nothing. I still showed up for my appointment and waited until 12 PM, but no technician ever arrived. This is completely unprofessional and shows a total lack of respect for customers' time. Very disappointed with the service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
What a joke of a store. Had a 7am appointment and waited for 15 minutes and the doors were still locked to the Auto Care Center. Called the store and nobody answered. Walked around the store to go through the front and then to the back where the Auto section is. There I found out that management previously fired the installer and didn’t have anyone to install them. Would have been nice to received a call letting me know that before I drove half an hour there. What a waste of time. Never using Walmart Auto Care Center again!
No one is working at all. No signs, nothing.
It's worth it to pay just a little extra for some tires somewhere else than to deal with this place. Nothing is easy convenient or even makes sense.
