Schedule my appointment for 7:30. Got there at 7:31, there were no lights, no people around. Tried calling from outside, didn’t get an answer. Waited a few minutes, nothing. Went to the front and through the store and finally saw someone. I asked the guy what time they open and he said 7. I then responded with, okay well I was waiting outside and didn’t see anyone, I called, didn’t get an answer. I live about 2 hours away from Rock Hill. On my way in (I am buttoning in Rock Hill), I had a tire blow out. I was riding on a spare, and I didn’t want to make the 2 hour drive home on a spare. I finished my stretch of days and after a quick nap, I needed to deal with my tire problem. I headed over to the Walmart Autocenter hoping that they would have my tire in stock. I called the morning of with low tire pressure, they slotted me in a couple hours later. Sean was awesome! He showed me the immediate issue of a nail then also took the time to show me the inner tread where there was major damage. I decided to purchase elsewhere because of timing, but this was no charge on a busy day. Thanks Sean for taking care of me.
