Had a tire appointment at 11, ended up getting serviced at 12:50. There is no reasonable way we had to wait damn near 2 hours to get 2 new tires. They don’t respect appointments
My appointment was at 7am. Garage doors opened at 7:05 and nobody batted an eye. Manish N. was a grumpy gentleman with poor customer service skills. Asked me if I wanted tire pressure sensors replaced, I said no and he proceeded to charge me for them anyways (later realized on my receipt). Then he said I have to pay for installation fees, which I was already charged for. Rude terrible service they take 1 hour to check you in the oil guy with the mustache and the bald spot is so slow and rude and doesnt know how to check people in
El servicio es pésimo. Yo tenía cita y había pagado por la llanta y no quisieron cambiarla. A parte de eso tuve que esperar aproximadamente 1 hora para que me dieran la llanta y poder ir a cambiarla a otro lugar.
was on hold for 45 minutes trying to make an appointment after being transfered and dropped twice. guess they don't want customers. walk in oil change is usually easy though so I guess as long as it's just an oil change they'll take you
