I’m shocked—I didn’t expect this from professionals. I went in to replace a punctured tire; not only did I waste a lot of time—about two hours—but the shop ultimately refused to change the tire because my rim was bent. But the worst part is that they didn’t properly secure the spare tire I had driven in on when they put it back on. Fast service bt it is clear they are more interested in “upselling” you on mopre expensive oil, and car accessories, then on the oil change you came in for, DONE! Having staff that has UNACCENTED ENGLISH would help also!
Called them 4 times hours apart to schedule and nobody answered. So I went in the next day for a tire change (just one with a spare on) without an appointment. Was the second person there and the guy in front of me just wanted an oil change. We both waited over two hours with several staff there. Then, the girl at the front desk was rude to me about paying (since I thought I had paid before the service). Overall, rude staff who don’t care or know how to be timely working with cars. Horrible experience wont be back.
This used to be the place to get an oil change. Went this morning and was first in line and 7 20 rolled around and the gates were closed and the workers just standing around inside. Went around to go inside and figure out what's going on and when I came back they were taking people. The lady behind told them I was next but the workers or manager did not care. Absolutely no customer service here anymore. Have been coming here for 5 years and that was the last visit.
Poor customer service at Auto Care Center: scheduled an oil change and came by in the morning on two separate occasions, but couldn’t get help for 15 minutes - 3 guys walked around but wouldn’t help me - no one inside the center. Disappointed and will take my Audi elsewhere.
