The worst customer service, no signage telling you which line to pull in. You have to flag somebody down to get them to even talk to you, then they tell me which lane to get in. It’s another 30 minutes before anybody comes up and speaks to me again and then they tell me it’s gonna be two hours. I ask if I can book an appointment. They said I would have to wait the whole time just to get an oil change. It seems like this is the Norm for Walmart in California. I can’t wait to get out of this godforsaken state. Their are some issues here as I have seen come up for other customers but I have had only good experiences here and I've come so many times now I think they recognize me. Good staff.
The workers hate their job and hate you. That's how customer service felt. They also lied saying they didn't have the oil i wanted, but then they esily found it when I pushed back.
I’m shocked—I didn’t expect this from professionals. I went in to replace a punctured tire; not only did I waste a lot of time—about two hours—but the shop ultimately refused to change the tire because my rim was bent. But the worst part is that they didn’t properly secure the spare tire I had driven in on when they put it back on. I had to look for a new shop, and while driving, I felt the steering wheel shaking and heard knocking sounds; I stopped, walked around the car, and saw this.
