Why would you say you have availability and then when I show up.Tell me that you have no availability due to appointments and want me to hold my car there till 6:30pm for a chance to MAYBE do it today. I would have been fine doing it another day but why make me drive out my way for nothing. Literally sent me out my way on my way home just to tell me to bug off. Terrible service!
THIS IS A WARNING TO THE PUBLIC. I Ordered 4 new tires for my truck. They said the tires would be in for sure in 5 or 6 days so I made an appointment to have them mounted. 1 hour before my appointment I get a text saying my appointment was canceled. I call later to find out why and they say they dont have them yet so I wait two more days for them to arrive. I make another appointment for the next day at 1 for installation. Horrible last resort place to get tire services done.
Terrible service, arrived at 6:30AM for a 7 AM appointment, waited 5 hours for them to say they can't perform the service. If I could rate 0 stars I would
Lady at the desk was extremely nice, the mechanic in back had every excuse not to even look at my car. Wouldn't replace a stripped lugnut, wouldn't look at a wheel well causing a sound, wouldn't even talk to me. Never again.
