I arrived for my scheduled 2:00 PM battery installation appointment at approximately 1:50 PM and attempted to check in. I was told by staff that I did not need to check in and should simply pull up and wait for a technician. I followed those instructions exactly. Managers did help with a tricky battery warranty but the process should not be that hard go to freaking autozone or something never Walmart

Came in for an oil change more because of the charge me off the shelf

It took one hour for the employee to take off and put back on the plastic guard over my oil filter. He only fastened the front brackets while the back brackets are not secured, so my plastic guard hangs down and grinds against the toad. I called Toyota, and they said the plastic guard costs $180.00. These guys are not technically proficient or efficient. They need to slow down and do their best on every oil change.
