I booked a 7:30 oil change, so I was first in line. The staff was friendly. The oil change was completed in 15 minutes. I picked the top of the line synthetic oil so it was just under $70. I will be going back.
Lazy, lazy, lazy! I've changed my oil here many times, and for some reason, you couldn't see the miles today, so you decided not to do it on top of it; you never called me and left my vehicle there for 3 hours. Terrible customer service. Never coming back
Was there to get an oil change around 8:30, the employee was so rude, he opened the door without asking, pop the hood no please and in the middle of the order answered his phone to talked and ignored us for 5 minutes before saying hold on a second. Talked to a manager, full price for crappy service , I would not recommend.
Had a good experience at this auto shop, they replaced my tire quickly and with no issues, I was in and out quickly. Freddy and Carl were humorous and super friendly.
They are rude and slow and will come up with excuses to not work on your vehicle.
