got here at 945am for a flat tire…1145am i’m still here. no way changing ONE tire should take almost 2-3 hours…i dont know to blame the store or management but this don’t make sense.
Called from the hotel before heading over. Told them what we needed (4 tires), the size, and when we would be there for installation. After confirming the price and that they had what we needed, we finished loading the van and headed out. When we arrived, we were told it would be about an hour and they would call. Of course, walking around Walmart I had no phone service. When we returned to automotive, we were informed they only had 1 of the 4 tires we needed. A waste of time. Had to go elsewhere for tires. Spent half day calling automotive but no answer let it ring 60 times still no answer to bad Walmart can’t afford someone to answer phone
