NOT LICENSED TECHNICHIANS PER THE MANAGER TEXAS AT THIS STORE. Rude associates, they were more worried about going out tonight then helping me. I asked to have my car put on a code reader and was told 4 different things by 4 different people. Was finally told they couldnt/wouldnt because they are not "licensed tech's and can not give mechanical advise" THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN
Was the only vehicle in the shop, told my tire change would take 1.5 hours, which is waaay too long for a tire change with the proper equipment. After 2 hours not a single tire has been lut back on the truck and this guy is walking around the shop like he has no clue whats going on.. idk if they've got him overloaded, or what but what's the point of an appointment If you're going to be put on the back burner to do everybody else. ive done tires at sams club for 2 year before so I know what im talking about.
