Came in for an oil change, but somehow made it out the door without any payment on hand. Rudy was kind enough to offer an appointment to hold my place in line. I came back earlier than my slot. My vehicle was taken back earlier than my appointment time. I was told it would take about 30 minutes. And 30 minutes on the dot, my vehicle was ready.
