Came in for an oil change, but somehow made it out the door without any payment on hand. Rudy was kind enough to offer an appointment to hold my place in line. I came back earlier than my slot. My vehicle was taken back earlier than my appointment time. I was told it would take about 30 minutes. And 30 minutes on the dot, my vehicle was ready. The customer service is not good!
Was told 45 minutes for an oil change and that my car would be vacuumed out. Two stalls were open and I was told they were not busy at all. Ended up taking an hour and a half and no vacuum job done. Other customers were told the same and their car was not even in the shop yet when I left. Poor customer service and communication.
