I was told the time frame to get an oil change was 1hr to 1hr 30minutes. Shopped for an hour and my car still wasn't checked in. Walked around aimlessly and ended up sitting in the outdoor section like a weirdo for about another hour. The check in employee was nice I was there for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and a battery the problem was they had a cherry picker blocking the bay where my car was the manager finally told them to move it. None of my fluids were topped off another employee laughed because of my car being blocked I’m never going to return !

I don't understand the point of making an appointment for an oil change if the lady is going to serve those without appointments first and make you wait in the car for half an hour. If I made an appointment, it's because I have things to do, like work. But I was late because this lady isn't doing her job

They opened 20 minutes late and my 0700 service still hasn't started as if 0900. This is there first time I have ever had this problem and it is enough that I will never come back.
