Came in for an oil change, left once oil change was done. After like 30 min driving car was smoking. Pulled over and saw this. They didnt put the lid back on!!
Worst Customer service experience ever, they do not know what customer service is or just blatantly dont care.. told us initially it would take 1 hour but after waiting foe more than 1 hour tells us it would take 3 hours more. I just had a simple tire repair and i was in a hurry as I was on vacation and they could not even consider my request. After complaining even the manager has no remorse and cannot even say sorry. Helped me understand how my tire order was going to be returned but still hasn't been returned giving more time still but unhappy with how long its taking to get refund
Went 2 times once for tires and once oil change. The older lady outside checking us in for tires was so rude acting like we were bothering her, we ended up not purchasing tires due to her attitude. The older lady with long hair checking us out was also rude they have ZERO customer service skills. Please retrain them in customer service skills or move them to different depts., they obviously hate working in the automotive dept.
MAL SERVICIO,EN EL OIL CHANGE del walmart de la 3500 blvd sw ABQ,ingresé mi carro para realizar cambio de aceite a las 2:30pm y a las 4:20pm aun no habían comenzado el servicio teniendo por delante un solo vehículo cuando llegué, el cual había terminado hacía rato. Tuve que acercarme a una trabajadora de turno a las 4:20pm y preguntarle cuando terminaba y esta respondió que lo harían ahora después que miró su reloj. Espero que el cambio de aceite funcione.
