Look, I bought the tires online, bought the installation package, scheduled the appointment. Showed up on time 8 AM. Already paid for the installation and tires online. It was a mistake. I went with them to save 20$ per tire as for a set of 4 that would save me 80$, and as a student, that is alot of money for me. Costco was 20$ more per tire. This location is the slowest I've ever been to, an oil change with only 4 cars ahead of me for oil changes took over 2 hours
Came in for an oil change, left once oil change was done. After like 30 min driving car was smoking. Pulled over and saw this. They didnt put the lid back on!!
Worst Customer service experience ever, they do not know what customer service is or just blatantly dont care.. told us initially it would take 1 hour but after waiting foe more than 1 hour tells us it would take 3 hours more. I just had a simple tire repair and i was in a hurry as I was on vacation and they could not even consider my request. After complaining even the manager has no remorse and cannot even say sorry.
