Don't waste your time. Purchased tires online and had them shipped to the store. Came in for my appointment (30 min drive each way) and sat for 30 minutes to be told one of them sold my tires and they don't have them. The ones I purchased and had shipped for myself...then had to go wait in another 30 minute line to get my money back from my tires that they sold...most unprofessional service I have ever experienced
They took me as a walk in for a good price and did a great job, all while politely dealing with an incredibly rude customer that was directing all their life frustrations on them and they handled it like pros 👍
These people saved my behind from a tire issue on a Sunday morning. 4 hours from home facing a big problem and they couldn't have been nicer, got it done quickly and had me on my way. Able to continue on my trip when I thought I was going to have to cancel the whole day of activities. . Cannot recommend the team here enough. Thank you for your help , you're all very appreciated!!
Complete JOKE!!! I bought new tires last month herebin Reno. On a trip to Anderson, CA to look at a truck for sale I ran over a large rock on hwy 36 and it sliced the sidewall. I bought the Road Hazard along with the tires here in Reno. The shop manager named Ron told me he could not warranty the tire because it was dirty. This is a 2 lane windy road in the mountains.
