Apparently you need an appointment for an oil change in the middle of the week now. Even if there's not one vehicle being serviced anywhere. These dudes don't want to work. They close at 7 and I came in at 5:30 no one came outside like they usally do so I went inside and tried to ask a mechanic for help and he proceeded to walk right past me and ignore me as I was asking him a question and then I asked the other guy for help I just needed a oil change and he said I don’t have time for that I said but you dont close for another hour and a half and he shrugged his shoulders and said well I’m not doing no more today waved his arms to usher me out the door and the closes the door right behind me he... read more
Been waiting an hour and a half for my online appointment. Associate inside told me just to wait in my car in line (I'm the only car here except the one ahead of me) until the guy sees me
Had my truck 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Texted me and told me it was finished, I went and picked it up. Got there and they only rotated the tires. Never notified me that they couldn’t change the oil due to “company policy” but they’ve changed it quite a few times before. Makes no sense
