Got my tries mounted ant they didn't balance my tires properly and I need to pay more money to get them done right. I will never go back for service. I mean how difficult is it to balance a tire.
Mike was great! Quick and efficient tire service along with excellent customer service. He very friendly and helpful. I would recommend working with him.
Just lost a customer it seems they no longer do walk in everything is by appointment only now. My car desperately needed and oil change and they told me no I was turned away. This is the stupidest thing I ever heard off very disappointed.
I have gotten tires and oil changes there many times without issues. Yes the wait is long but it's Walmart and you're in a shopping center so there's plenty around to do including restaurants or you can uber back home. Lastly, yes the person behind the counter may appear unpleasant but is juggling so much so give him/her a break.
