Went in for an oil change on Wednesday and was told I needed to make an appointment. Made an appointment for Friday. Friday morning I received a call that they had to cancel my appointment. Wish I could give zero stars.
Disappointed with Lazy mechanic and service. With an appointment my car was left in the parking area for over 1.5hours. To later tell me they didn't have filter do the change. I ask to see if i could find any left inside ile. But when i didnt find any i when back and asked the mechanic to just do the oil change withould changing the oil filter. They are designed to hold up to 20k miles. So after 10mins of going "well, i dont know, i have more cars ect". Ii said enogh give me my keys. I'll never come back to this place. Lazy.... read more
Been all over the lower 48 and been getting my promaster oil change at lots of Walmart came to this one and thay said thay can’t do it because of the hight look on this Walmart auto care photo and thay had a tall van inside
Bill is the worst at customers service ....Thanks to the woman who bailed me out of a flat tire so i would not have to drive a hour to get it done the next day....No one answers the phone also
