They canceled my appointment for an oil change 2 weeks in a row No more !
This is worst experience a person can get. People so rude here that they look for the reasons to cancel the appointments, mine got cancellwd twice, even when they are not busy. I recommend to close this facility, if people working here don't want to run it.
They would not put our tire on the rim unless we bought a set of 4. Money is tight and they wouldnt work with us at all. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your auto related services.
Went in for an oil change on Wednesday and was told I needed to make an appointment. Made an appointment for Friday. Friday morning I received a call that they had to cancel my appointment. Wish I could give zero stars.
Disappointed with Lazy mechanic and service. With an appointment my car was left in the parking area for over 1.5hours. To later tell me they didn't have filter do the change. I ask to see if i could find any left inside ile. But when i didnt find any i when back and asked the mechanic to just do the oil change withould changing the oil filter. They are designed to hold up to 20k miles. So after 10mins of going "well, i dont know, i have more cars ect". Ii said enogh give me my keys. I'll never come back to this place. Lazy.... read more
