Don’t bother making an appointment- both times that I’ve used them I made appointments and both times everyone was on “lunch break.” They started 40 minutes after my appointment one time and an hour after my appointment the other time. I’m convinced they do it to essentially force people into the store.
Don’t answer the phone Ben calling the last 1hour and no answer get ahold of the front of the store and they said they transferred my call back there and still no answer poor customer service
Sad to say I had a horrible experience here. Waited 30 minutes in line and 3 hours for two tires to be installed. When I came back after waiting they told me it “wasn’t gonna happen” and gave me my keys back. No one called me to alert me that my car wasn’t going to get worked on even though they had all of my information readily available and KNEW they weren’t gonna work on it. I wasted 3 hours of my time just for them to not install my tires. I would avoid this auto care center at all costs.
i have had 2 tires put on my truck first the front and then 2 on the back. fast service.
