I want to recognize Michael as the best Employee at the automotive side he went beyond and above to help me and my daughter, he is very knowledgeable about vehicles. He responded in a timely manner, very professional and reliable.
BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE!! Will start with at least the employees are nice. BUT Trust every single bad review here. Decided oh it can’t be bad, oh it’s bad. Had an appointment at 12, ordered tires that were “in stock”. Get here around 11:50 since we got the text everything was good to go, then an hour later we are told “oh we don’t have these in stock” so y’all are going to process the online order say y’all are ready for us and not have the tires and take a dang hour to be like “hey we don’t have these tires.” Then okay how ab... read more
Never have I been to this location without a problem occuring. My wife and I have both taken our cars here and have not had 1 good experience. Go elsewhere, save yourself the headache even if you have to pay a little more.
It's terrible that you have to wait a long time when you can be the first person in line to get an oil change and two tires they need to step up their game
