Horrible customer service! They couldn’t care less!
Horrible place at Auto center, I have roadside warranty, and had a tire that needed to be fixed, they made excuses of why they couldn’t fixed my tire, so I said well put a new tire on , but they wouldn’t, said I had to buy the tire. This is unacceptable, very rude and unprofessional.
For something so small and simple… Wallace and his team took care of it!! Bought a battery and the team checked it out and in minutes it got resolved! Other shops said it was the alternator and advice to buy new alternator and battery. But this team at this location said it’s not the alternator nor the battery it was just dirty terminals!! Thank you guys!
This Auto Care Center has some of the worst service I’ve experienced. The last time I came in on time for my appointment, I still had to wait an unreasonably long time before anyone even started on my vehicle. The staff moved slowly, communication was poor, and there seemed to be little concern for customer satisfaction. Sometimes, there’s not even anyone at the counter to help you — you just stand there waiting, wondering if anyone is working.
