Walmart is the best, but the tire workers are useless and can't serve two people.
My last 3 visits have all had issues! Brought my car in yesterday for an appointment I set up online, I was told they have no 5-20 oil do my oil change. Requested a manager, said they have it ordered but takes 5 days to receive. They did have the synthetic but it was going to cost $25 more, the “managers” customer service skills was a zero. Horrible customer service! They couldn’t care less!
Horrible place at Auto center, I have roadside warranty, and had a tire that needed to be fixed, they made excuses of why they couldn’t fixed my tire, so I said well put a new tire on , but they wouldn’t, said I had to buy the tire. This is unacceptable, very rude and unprofessional.
