I scheduled an oil change online on a Monday and the earliest appointment was Wednesday . When I arrived, One thing I didn't understand was, the clerk asked me what type oil I used and I told him and he said he had to check to see if they had it. I would have thought they would have checked on that before I got there in case they did not have it and could have informed me of that before I got there to tell me we don't have it and asked me if there was an alternative I would use. Last 2 visits were terrible. They are always behind even when you have an appointment. AVOID but if you really can't avoid this place, plan to have your car there for over 2 hours for an oil change.
