Less than one star. Made my appointment for today a week and a half ago. All appointments booked. Arrived for my 7AM appointment, 2 technicians present, technician said he doesn’t know how to service write on the Ipad. Went looking for a manager or Coach, No management present in the entire store??? The only person in the whole store who made an honest effort to help me was the janitor, bless his heart. Scheduled an oil change appointment several days in advance. Took off work and drove all the way there. They said they were too busy and had to go on lunch break. No notice from them about this. Very inconvenient and did nothing to make it right. Stay away from this place, shady operation, very unprofessional.
