Usually we walk in to get an oil change with no appointment made ahead of time because 1. Whenever we make a call, they hang up on us when we ask and 2. They take walk-ins as they have always done for us I walk in, nobody is ever at the front desk and there is not a bell An employee walks in getting tires and going back and forth with the same paperwork in his hand and looks like he is constantly lost or something. Scheduled a 7:00 AM tire change and staff didn’t open the shop until 7:30 AM. Then they tell me my tire order was cancelled and to call Walmart.com. Finally order tires they had in stock. 8:45 AM my car is still sitting on the lift no one working on it. How can you be the first appointment and people after you have come and gone.

Terrible customer service. Won't pick up phone, hard to book appointments, and looks for any excuse to refuse service. Had a new tire god bad 3 weeks after install... they tried to tell me that I needed to call the manufacturer for warranty replacement until I read the warranty and policy on the back of the receipt. They refuse to do headlight restoration if it rained or will rain within +/- 1 week. I also needed to replace my 12V battery on my Prius.
