I had an absolutely terrible experience at this tire center—poor service, lack of organization, and complete disregard for customers' time. I booked an appointment a week in advance to install new tires on my recently purchased car, which I rely on daily. Four out of five tires (including the spare) were either bad or leaking, so this was urgent. Went to Walmart Auto Care to get my tire patched up. Was greeted by Marlin and he was great! Give the man a raise! It was very busy and of course understaffed in the auto care center, but Marlin remained upbeat and very helpful. Service tech Alexis and John did great work. Thanks guys!
