Very disappointing experience with the Auto Care Center. I purchased 4 tires online during Black Friday and scheduled installation at this store. My first appointment was canceled due to weather, which I completely understood. However, when I tried to reschedule, I was told the store could not hold the tires. Because of this, the system automatically canceled my order — this was NOT customer-initiated.
